Established in 2012, Duna Marine Shipmanagement is a Latvia-based international crew management company providing comprehensive crewing solutions to shipowners and ship management companies worldwide.
With more than a decade of experience in the maritime industry, our expertise covers various types of tankers, as well as dry cargo and offshore vessels. We understand the different crewing requirements, operational demands and competency standards associated with each vessel type, enabling us to deliver tailored solutions across multiple commercial shipping segments.
From our headquarters in Riga, supported by an international network of recruitment partners, we provide comprehensive crew management services, including recruitment and selection, crew planning, certification and documentation, training coordination, crew change logistics, and crew administration.
