Passport, STCW, medical, tanker endorsements, validity dates.
Interview & testing
English/professional testing + interview coordination.
Offer & contract
Contract terms, joining plan, compliance requirements.
Pre-departure
Travel/visa arrangements (where required), training modules, joining instructions.
Onboard support
Rotation planning, communication and feedback loop.
